Material cost savings include better price control, reduced waste (expirations, duplicate inventory), and fewer ordering errors. Calculation: comparison of costs for a comparable material basket before vs. after CICERO implementation from purchasing and inventory data (01–12/2025), normalized to clinic performance/turnover.
Training completed on time
Training completed on time represents the proportion of employees who completed mandatory training within the set deadline. Calculation: ratio of completed training from LMS logs (completed by deadline / assigned), for the monitored pilot period.
Faster material orders
Faster material orders represent the reduction in time from order creation to its submission / confirmation in the system. Calculation: comparison of median time between timestamps created → sent/confirmed for the same types of orders during the pilot.
Fewer inventory process errors
Fewer inventory process errors means: materials don't run out unexpectedly, monitoring minimum stock levels, checking expirations, analytical overview of consumption, and clear records and structure of purchases (consumables, dental materials, medicines, instruments, etc.). Calculation: tracking and comparing the frequency of outages and inventory incidents (below minimum, expirations, unplanned reorders, item corrections) before/after CICERO implementation during the pilot period.

- 2You can connect any number of your own companies to your Cicero ID (e.g., clinic/practice/laboratory).

- 4Once you have a Cicero ID, someone can invite you to their company – for example, as a doctor, hygienist, nurse, or accountant.
- 5You can be part of multiple companies at once and easily switch between them during the day depending on where you're currently working.

I have worked in a dental office my entire professional life. Daily with patients. Daily with tools in hand. Daily with the reality of operations. And that's where the idea for the system you know today as CICERO began to be born. Not because the market was missing another software. But because existing solutions didn't solve real problems from practice.
